Midnight pizza has been a long time in the making, we began our professional pizza making journey 9 years ago. After eating our first wood fired pizza in Italy, we quickly realised that we would not rest until we figured out how to make pizza taste that fresh and amazing. Many years later, having worked at some of the best pizzerias in the country, we finally felt it was time to give it a shot under our own banner. We still have the same obsession with pizza, unfortunately it has probably grown if anything.

Our mission is simple, to give other people that same thought we had all those years ago - how do they make pizza taste so good? Although we don’t encourage that you spend 9 years covered in flour to find out, we’re happy to share some of our secrets with you, just ask!

Oh, and about the name, we get asked about it’s meaning all the time, that’s a secret we won’t share, but we’d love to hear your guesses.
